How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping delivers within 2–3 business days in select cities.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹500.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track from your account page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon!

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with premium soy wax, cotton wicks, and carefully curated fragrance oils. We never use paraffin or synthetic dyes.

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles burn for up to 12 hours. Check each product page for specifics.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Our soy wax candles are generally pet-safe. However, we recommend keeping candles out of reach and ensuring good ventilation. Avoid essential oil-heavy scents around birds.

Can I customize a candle?

Yes, you can share ideas and preference regarding scents to customize as per your choice.

What is your return policy?

As our products are hand-poured to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, if a product is damaged during transit, we will replace it with the exact same product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@lioraflames.com with photo proof, and we will send you a replacement of the exact same product.

Do I need an account to order?

You can browse as a guest, but you'll need to create an account or log in to place an order, track shipments, and leave reviews.
